Wanted to make sure you saw Xin’s email. More reason that we need to resolve our agreement as whatever we decide could affect how this is handled.

I’d like to set a goal of getting this all wrapped up by the end of the month. That way anything that needs to be done in the way of transition can be done in December and in place before January 1st.

Dear Eric and Hunter,

You will recall the registered capital loans made to Skaneateles is coming up one year and I assume an extension on the repayment is needed? If so, the attached amendment serves to extend the repayment date for another year to Dec. 13, 2019 (consistent with the loans made to Devon and Jimmy’s companies). Another very important amendment was also made to reflect that I am the Lender, not Jonathan.
