Joan has the signed/executed version of the Skaneateles, LLC operating agreement. I can’t put my hands on it right now.


FYI, originally, Skaneateles, LLC was owned 75% by Owasco, P.C. (which is Hunter’s corporation) but under advice of our accountant we created an LLC (Owasco, LLC) to own it so that Hunter could utilize long term capital gains treatments to any distributions he received from Skaneateles. This version of the operating agreement reflects the Owasco, LLC ownership and is identical to the now with Owasco, PC as an owner.


And also recall, I have a draft redemption agreement along the lines of the Exec Summary I sent you. So you don’t have to draft anything. Ultimately it will require some tweaks and you should review but all the docs should largely be put together.
