Joan will re-send you the list of your personal bills, along with access info to all of the accounts, etc. She’ll also work with Sara Biden to make sure she has all of that as well so that she can be ready to handle it all as of January 1st.

As for the business expenses attached is a spreadsheet which shows the remaining business expenses to get to the end of the calendar year - for November and December. (This includes health insurance, things like the copier, etc.) The largest expense is to pay off the credit cards. I paid down my 25% on the AMEX cards so if you can pay off your 75% we can shut down the two AMEX cards. (These are balances that date from a few years back and the cards haven’t been active for a while.)

I just found out that Abel received a payment from CAF which he is going to send to us. If it is OK I’d like to suggest that when we receive that payment, we just take what you owe for the remainder of the 2017 business bills out of your 75% and then transfer the remainder of your 75% to Owasco. The CAF payment is around $120K. Your 75% should be around $90K, so after the approx. $60K in remaining business expenses, you’d be left with approx. $30K. IS THIS OK?

Most all of the joint business expenses have been separated out with the exception of health insurance. If it is OK I will reach out to Patricia about creating two separate health insurance accounts. (With Obamacare it all has to be done via the DC exchange and is all priced based on age so there is no advantage/disadvantage to splitting them into two new accounts.) IS THIS OK?

As for the taxes, I did send you an email awhile back saying that I asked Bill to send me the taxes so I could review them and make sure they were correct and that I’d then get them to you for signature. In that envelope should be pretty specific instructions on where to sign, checks to write and where to send. I did also talk to Bill to tell him that Joan was continuing to do the books for Owasco through the end of the year and that we’d send him the Quickbooks files at the end of the year. I also told him he’d likely have a new point of contact for your stuff on for 2018. If Sara is the point of contact we can give her access to those files as well and connect her with Bill.

Happy to work through George on an agreement. Don’t see any reason we can’t wrap that up quickly.
