New York; I certainly hope you enjoyed your stay with us. I hope this
message finds you well. I wished to reach out to you as upon departure,
we noted that there were significant damages to your accommodation and
there was evidence reflecting that you or your guests may have smoked in
your non-smoking accommodations. I wished to advise you that there will
be a charge associated, reflecting the costs associated in recovering your
accommodations. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
however thank you for your understanding and patience as we make every
effort to recover your accommodation from your most recent stay with us.
