The far-right in Congress is attempting to slash taxes for the ultra-rich and big corporations at the expense of middle class families, small business owners, and people with student loans. They want to give the wealthy a huge break, while ignoring folks like me and my family, friends, and neighbors.

I got in this race because the folks of Iowa’s 1st district deserve leadership that will fight for them, not against them. It’s clear that the career politicians in Washington don’t care about people like you and me, and I’m sick and tired of seeing this community suffer at their hands.
