EMAIL DETAILS

Hunter - looking forward to seeing you tonite. The invite is attached again. It starts at 6 pm and is being held on the rooftop of the building at 1700 New York Ave NW.

The only media thus far is Esteban Parra from the News Journal. I’ll schedule a time for Patty to chat with him. Did you want to talk with him as well?

I emailed Ashley to confirm she was coming, something she told me a few weeks ago, but haven’t heard back. If she’s there, she should speak or stand with you and Patty, I think.

The run of show:

6:30 Kimberly Archer, Vice chair of D2L, and the host (she works for Russell Reynolds, whose rooftop we’re using) will start the program

6:33 Jamie Tozzi, GM of Microsoft Dynamics will speak about D2L and what it does

6:40 Jenna Quinn, survivor, talks about her story

6:50 Lyndon Haviland, CEO D2L speaks

6:55 Patty speaks about what BBF is doing in DE with D2L (why Beau brought it to DE, numbers trained, goal, partners)

7:00 pm YOU speak, briefly about why this partnership is important to BBF and what we hope to do nationally. Suggested talking points:
— My brother believed shining a light on child sexual abuse was the only way to end it
— At the BBF we're focused on prevention and creating a national, sustained conversation about child abuse
— The Biden’s know how to pass legislation. And so the BBF will work to strengthen child protection laws around the county and make sure prevention programs like D2L’s Stewards of Children get in to communities, schools, law enforcement agencies around the county

Or you could just talk about Beau. Your call.

7:05 pm You turn it over to Jamie, who introduces Kara DioGuardi, sing/songwriter/survivor who tells her story
7:15 pm Jamie makes the ask for support of D2L.

Thanks. Patty and I are meeting with your mom at 2 pm to talk about trafficking. See you tonite!
