Dear Carlos Please feel free to say no and reject right away as I realize that there are protocols involved in invites to gatherings in the VP¹s residence. I have been invited to the holiday gathering 6-7:30 pm next Wednesday and am planning to attend but just learned that my very good friend Richard Vague is going Sunday evening. I realize we must be in different pots. My concern is not Richard but rather my husband, Andrew, who will be in Mexico next Wednesday but who is here on Sunday and Jill and Joe Biden love Andy, way more than me Hunter can attest to this. So, the question is whether or not my invite to Wednesday might be able to be moved til Sunday? If not possible, no worries Andy can get a chance to connect another time. When I last saw the Vice President, he said he and Jill wanted to have him¹ over some time...I realize that is unlikely but wanted to see what was possible.
