Hunter,

We just learned that two candidates are planning to challenge me this fall. Spirited competition is healthy for our democracy, and I welcome a challenge from anyone interested in serving Massachusetts' families.

But this raises the stakes in our campaign. In an election cycle with millions of voters coming out to support the likes of Donald Trump, anything can happen—and we can’t take anything for granted.

Will you donate $250 or $150 right now to help us prepare? <https://secure.actblue.com/contribute/page/seth-2016-challengers>

When I first ran for Congress two years ago, I promised to help bring a new generation of leadership to Washington. We've made considerable progress since then: prioritizing economic development in Lynn and across our district, pursuing real improvements to veterans healthcare, and advocating for smarter foreign policy in the Middle East and around the globe.

I'm proud of what we've accomplished together. But we have so much more to do. And if we want to see real leadership in Washington, we need to elect public servants who will put country ahead of party, and smart policy ahead of clever politics. That is the type of representative I work every day to be, and that is why I am asking for your support.

If you believe in the need for real leadership in Washington, please join me and chip in today <https://secure.actblue.com/contribute/page/seth-2016-challengers> to support our efforts.

It is an honor and a privilege to serve you in Congress. I will never take that for granted.

Seth Moulton
