Hallie and Hunter,
Following up on e-mail I sent last Thurs asking if you would confirm my proposed minutes of our Executive Session where I believe we approved hiring Ron's LLC to help with event planning and a bonus for Patty.
Frank Vavalla responded that he agreed with the proposed minutes‎ in my e-mail.
Ron has formed his LLC and Patty is prepared to sign the contract, but nothing happens until she hears from me that every thing was approved by the board.
Please confirm or suggest changes in the proposed minutes (below) ‎at your earliest convenience.
