Howard H. Stahl is a litigation partner who is resident in Fried Frank's
Washington, DC office. Mr. Stahl also spends substantial time in the
Firm's New York and London offices.

Mr. Stahl represents multinational corporations, financial investors and
individuals in hard fought and high-stakes domestic, cross-border and
international commercial litigation. Mr. Stahl is a leading trial lawyer
with 30 years of trial and appellate experience who resolves complex and
critical disputes for clients in a broad array of disciplines, including
contracts, real estate, fraud, securities, racketeering and corporate
governance litigation. He regularly appears before federal and state
tribunals and has acted in major international arbitrations worldwide.

Mr. Stahl's recent litigation achievements include serving as lead trial
and appellate counsel for a major US corporation in a federal court fraud
litigation resulting in a US$2.1b verdict for his client.
