Good morning:

I wanted to make an introduction of two people who I greatly respect and
think will have a lot in common.

Kyle Klewin is an entrepreneur and developer I have gotten to know over the
past seven years (our kids are best friends). Kyle owns a firm which is
doing construction/development on projects in Los Angeles, Florida, DC,
Connecticut and California..and that is just at the moment.

A specialty of his firm is working with Native American tribes to advance
their development projects and promote their economic sustainability and
self sufficiency. Kyle also is developing hundreds of units of affordable
housing across New England.

Hunter Biden is an entrepreneur who has over fifteen years of experience
working in finance and project development. He is also very motivated by
public service, an example of that being his work with the Truman Project
and CNP.

I hope you will have the chance to speak about a project Kyle is working on
in California. He has earned the trust of a tribe in central California,
and is the lead on a project that can ensure the Tribe's economic future
for generations to come.

The project is ready to advance but hinges on one issue.
