I am waiting to see the terms on the capital raise - he said "standard
rates" - so I am assuming 5-7%.

FYI - we are negotiating with Lance Aldstodt in the NYC office for
sell-side representation. Once that is completed there will no longer be
an opportunity for non-institutional capital. The plan is to take J&J
surgeons in Germany, Switzerland, UK and Netherlands (those countries pay
the best of the EU countries) while Leerink leverages an Arthrex offer
(pending) against Depuy Synthes (J&J's orthopedic business). In tandem we
expect those efforts to drive a very high exit value next March.


This last round of capital will be used towards those ends as well as
additional MITA research and IP filings.
