Thank you very much for spending time with Marc, John, Jay and myself yesterday.

It was a pleasure to meet you and share the Blackridge story--- as we discussed, cyber defense before a network is penetrated (versus what takes place today) is game changing.

As I shared as an investor, I am most impressed by the team and their "pivot" to commercial execution last year in such a short period of time. Nasdaq, Sony and others should become early headliners for us.

That said, John spoke with Army today re June/July deliverables and all indications are that things are on track as well.

So you were quite correct in characterizing this as something a bit different from early stage venture relative transparency into the revenue pipeline and acceleration.

We are looking forward to meeting with your team in New York next week.
