debate over blood smartphones.” The SEC is voting Wednesday on a
section of the Dodd-Frank law requiring manufacturers to “disclose
whether they buy certain metals -- tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold --

write, a clear plan to phase out the soon-to-expire wind power credit
over the coming four years “could actually be a gift to the wind
industry, which has suffered from the federal program's
