We have closed the transaction and so far, so good. We are very happy to be part of the Thomas H Lee family and are in the positive process of deciding what to do first. One of these is to work with the group in Japan that you helped us meet. We have signed up with them and have a form of kick off call scheduled tonight. This process is going to be made a bit easier by some strong performance on our end for the fund type in question. According to the eVestment database, our unleveraged loan composite that represents the fund we’re discussing with Japan due to its monthly liquidity and low fee load, is ranked 3rd in the peer group since inception 2.75 years ago and 6th YTD in 2012. I am happy to say that the sale of McDonnell’s bank loan business to Thomas H. Lee Partners’ credit affiliate THL Credit is now complete. The entire McDonnell bank loan team has moved over in a seamless transition where we continue to manage all of the existing products and funds with the same people, process and systems and even the same office space with the new name THL Credit Senior Loan Strategies LLC or THL Credit SLS. The closing process and first week of working together couldn’t have gone better and I am very enthusiastic about this new direction for our business from an investment, resource and growth standpoint. The only real change to my contact info is the company name and email address -- phones and office address remain the same, as I mentioned pretty seamless transition.
