Will - remember we discussed - something like this could replace Shotspotter with better cheaper tech - have noise sensors on every tile. Lots of ways to have consumers make buying and owning the tiles a self liquidating proposition by getting credits/cash for data they feed back to the community - google has a big appetite for potentials data like this.
