J-

I was catching up with Andy Herscowitz at USAID/Power Africa and we discussed Mobile Accord. The lack of follow up wasn't due to a lack of interest but more due to the fact that they are still focused on getting the program up and running and the first few projects online.

He said he has a person coming on board in a couple of weeks that will be his new M&E guy and that it would be good for you guys to touch base with him at the end of April so he can connect you with him.

Let's talk before you reconnect with them and I can give you a little more background on our talk.

Best,

Eric
