Patty, I talked it over with Brianna this weekend. I think, at this time in
our lives, it makes more sense for us for me to lose the COO title and just
become an IC. It’s hard, but I think that makes the most sense at least
until #2 is here and Brianna is off maternity leave. Urban’s maternity
leave policy sucks, and we’ll be taking a big hit when she’s out for 12
weeks.
