Arctic: Stopping oil drilling in the Arctic Ocean would be unrealistic. "The world needs the oil. Royal Dutch Shell Plc just has to show it can extract it safely," and the federal government must exercise strong regulatory oversight. President Barack Obama spent $70,000 to broadcast a commercial in Pakistan denouncing the anti-Muslim YouTube video that had been made in the U.S. This "didn't represent a wise allocation of American taxpayer resources.
