Hello Neil, As promised, please find attached two presentations for our discussion on Thursday. First is the investor presentation/overview of BlackRidge, followed by a more detailed financial discussion. We will use laptop/projection, so if you could print locally that would be great----or if you need BlackRidge to bring copies I will let them know. As discussed in DC last week with Eric and Hunter, following 2010-2012 work with DOD, BlackRidge released product v2.2 commercially in 4Q 2013. BlackRidge cloaks/conceals networks and systems from scanning & reconnaissance; blocks/filters unidentified & unauthorized network traffic; while prioritizing and handing off to existing network defenses only trusted identities/traffic. BlackRidge technology accomplishes this before a network connection is made. As you know, current cyber defense operates on identities communicated after connection is made, or essentially after the network has already been penetrated. With this commercial introduction there has been an acceleration of interest which we will discuss---the firm essentially stands alone in this "game changing" cyber defense technology---- accomplishing a new level of protection while providing for significant reduction to massively escalating costs and also affording enhanced network control. This means that BlackRidge actually performs more as potential partner to leading firewall and malware providers than competitor, which we will discuss. In most cases those in install/test now, such as Nasdaq, will look for Enterprise System v3.0 which BlackRidge will release in 3Q 2014. DOD and specifically the Army are looking for BlackRidge to engineer Enterprise System v4.0 with release in 2015 as part of their larger network consolidation and "Cyber Plans". The product roadmap can be found on p.9 of the investor presentation and the DOD-Army Solution specifically will be on p.10 of same. Use of Proceeds for the firm's institutional raise are predominantly focused on engineering to meet current demand requirements, along with the accelerating interest/pipeline I have mentioned. BlackRidge co-founders CEO Bob Graham and CTO John Hayes will be present. As you will see they have assembled the A-Team of veterans comprising BlackRidge core engineering. As Eric may have mentioned, I am a BlackRidge investor and Advisory Board Member and we will also be joined by Jeff Nixon and Sean Cross who have been advising and guiding along multiple avenues as investment bankers to the firm. We are looking forward to meeting with you and colleagues on Thursday. Kind Regards, Scott F.
