Attached please find Long Distance Trains: Multipurpose Mobility Machines co-produced by the Midwest High Speed Rail Association and the National Association of Railroad Passengers.

This document highlights the benefits of Amtrak's existing network of long-distance trains and makes the case for expanding that network. Much criticism has been aimed at these trains. Our aim with this document is to help move the discussion in a more positive direction.
