EMAIL DETAILS

A few follow up items from today's Union Station call:

1) Kimberly to find out if Akridge is available for a meeting at Union Station prior to Tour on the 31st. (John Parola said it isn't majorly important that it be the same day - can be scheduled down the road - April 16th is another possibility as HNTB team will be here again.)

2) Hunter to check with Robert LaCroix if tour will require HNTB folks to have personal protective equipment for tour (that is, are they going to be able to walk around on tracks, etc.) - Hunter, we can email Robert LaCroix from you and ask.

3) Hunter and HNTB team to meet at Noon on the 31st at Au Bon Pain prior to tour to strategize. Also, coordinate logistics on where to meet LaCroix and Amtrak folks at 1pm (can be in the same email asking about the safety equipment).

4) GR Plan - Kimberly, I said that we had met last week and fed you some thoughts and that you were working on it.

5) At the end of the call someone found a series of RFP's on the Union Station website and there was some concern that the RFP had already been issued (the due dates were April 2nd for one and mid-April for another). John P. was going to take a look at the RFPs and see if they were the ones HNTB was interested in or were something else.
