if i understand the proposal correctly, mr. washow is suggesting we advance
the milestones (12K - Sep 30 and 19K - Oct 31) by one month on each? if so,
don't think this is a make or break and i will support it if it makes sense.

however, i do have a question. as each month does cost 30-35K: is this
extension a hail mary or a good strategic bet? frankly, i do not have
visibility into the issue that qualifies me to assess/judge ­ i would think
larry kaplan and greg mefford are the most appropriate ones to validate or
disprove. if they believe the extra thirty days will make a significant
difference then, again, i am happy to support this amendment to the plan.
