John:

Please see attached. Hoping in my car in 5 minutes and will try your cell then. Otherwise, hopefully we can talk this afternoon around 3:30 before your flight. I will be travelling myself the balance of the week.

Best,

Michael

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your note. This looks like a great potential fit for RSTP. Let's do an intro call later today and perhaps have a more detailed call tomorrow or Friday (I am leaving for NYC tonight).

Do you have a more detailed deck with more data on the business, customers and financials you can share? That would make the discussion way more productive. Happy to sign an NDA if you would like.

Best,

John

As follow up to my call to you today, I wanted to connect regarding a company I am currently working with on equity financing that I thought would be of interest. Also, it turns out we know many of the same people including Rob Chaplinsky, David Ossip and Daniel Debow to name a few!

As follow up and in advance of our talking, I have attached a one-pager on FusionOps. We are an industry leading cloud-based supply chain analytics provider that delivers a pre-built big data application as a software service to help companies dramatically improve their operations. Our patented, highly integrated platform and pre-built algorithms provide customers with critical visibility across their supply chains far more rapidly and at significantly lower cost than alternative approaches. FusionOps is the only provider of pre-built high-level executive supply chain dashboards and detailed tactical reports that make key data relevant to operations, sales, finance and other departments.

Since hiring a new CEO in early 2012 who has a track record of building and managing successful technology companies from early stage through IPO and public market sale, we have increased momentum winning six new customers in 2012 and 10 in 2013 (most of which are Fortune 500 companies) with just one salesperson and one marketing employee. As a result, our proven technology is now successfully deployed at leading referenceable customers worldwide and we have significant experience across a variety of industries including: apparel, automotive, energy, industrial, medical device, networking and pharmaceutical sectors. Revenue grew 73.8% in 2013, including over 400% growth in our analytics product. Recurring revenue has grown at a compound annual growth rate of over 40% from 2011 to 2013. With a strong pipeline of revenue from existing customer renewals and identified new opportunities, revenue is forecast to grow twofold in 2014 and over threefold in 2015.

We are now seeking to raise our first institutional round to hire additional sales teams, add support resources for increased customer engagements, increase focus on marketing and business development and fund software enhancements.

I am generally available later today after 3:30 pm to connect.

Best regards,

Michael
