Hotel Policies:
•Tax will be added to your reservation at the rate of 14.75% State and City Sales Tax plus $3.50 Occupancy and Javits Tax per night.
•Check-In is at 3 PM
•Check-Out is at 11 AM
•Early Check-out is available for a surcharge, and is non-refundable.
•Late Check-out is available for a surcharge of $30 up to 1 PM.
•Must provide a valid Photo ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
•A valid credit card is required upon check -in.
•Upon check-in, there will be a $100 per-night incidental charge up to $250 total authorized on your credit card, or charged on your debit card. Incidental charges will be returned upon check-out. Refund of incidental charges will reflect on your statement after 3-5 business days.
•Cancellations must be made via email up to 48 hours prior to arrival time to avoid a cancellation fee of one night plus tax.
•Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
•The Paper Factory Hotel is a smoke-free, pet-free facility. A $250 fine will be applied in case of violation of policy.
