Roughly 23 million more people would be uninsured over a decade if the House-passed Obamacare repeal bill becomes law, according to a highly anticipated CBO analysis that could complicate Senate Republicans' hopes of getting their own bill through the upper chamber.

The nonpartisan scorekeeping office also forecasts the House plan would cut the deficit by $119 billion over a decade, primarily because of its cuts to Medicaid and private insurance subsidies.

House Republicans approved the bill in April without waiting for the CBO score.
