I came to the U.S. on an F-1 Student Visa to do my MA at Columbia
University in August 2011. I graduated and enrolled in OPT under which I
started working for Rosemont Realty in July 2012. I obtained an H1-B Visa
starting October 1st 2013, under which I am currently working in the U.S.

We went through the necessary process of interviewing etc and submitted an
application for my Green Card under the title of 'Communications
Specialist' with Rosemont Realty. This is currently being audited by the
Department of Labor. I believe it is their branch:
