I heard from the bankers that they wish the Romanians to submit a letter on Friday identifying the consortium. Again this is non-binding and we will demand that it not be disclosed. But this is Greece. I do not believe we will have to submit any financial information yet. Ultimately we will need to say the partners each have over €20 million in equity.
