ALL LOPS BEGIN ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SCHOOL WEEK. When students receive more than 8 points before the end of the quarter, they lose their privileges on campus and must fulfill a LOP term. When this happens, students must spend every free period in study hall for 5 days and lose their off-campus privileges; teacher signatures for each class period prove that the student has stayed within the restrictions. </span></p>
