Dear Board of Directors,

More details still to come, but I am pleased that Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has just confirmed to speak at our Board Meeting Wednesday, May 17 at 11:00 AM. With our ongoing challenges on Capitol Hill, this will be an extremely important discussion.

Given this new development, we will adjust the timing for our Board Meeting so as to be respectful of your schedule -- our meeting will now begin with lunch at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, May 16 and conclude following the meeting in the Capitol with Leader Schumer on May 17. Please note that we have several outstanding invitations to senior Administration officials and will update you with the entire agenda shortly. Thank you as always for your patience.
