No problem to split payment between start and end dates if you'd prefer. > See you tomorrow 1p~. > Brandon > > I have Brother/Chewy scheduled for 12/19/2014-01/04/2015. Taxi pick-up service 12/19 @1:00p* , pick-up 01/04 @tbd. Due to the nature of my business, timeliness is essential. If you are running late please notify me as soon as possible, and if you are early I may not be available at arrival. Total boarding charge is: $1540 (16 X $110/night, N/C taxi service, -$220disc.), due in full at arrival, NO EXCEPTIONS. Below is all the information which you should need. I strongly encourage you to have the vet fax his/her vax records asap. I absolutely cannot board your dog without that info. I will see you on the 19 th at 1p . Call or e-mail with any questions. > Thanks, > Brandon > *(Please allow 30min grace period for taxi service) > > I will need you to have: > Flat Collar with ID and training collar as needed. > Food individually bagged per meal. I know this is a bit of a hassle, but absolutely necessary to maintain cleanliness and minimize chaos and arguments at feeding time. Please do not ask for an exception! > Rough Schedule of when s/he goes out, eats, etc. I will try to stick to her/his schedule as closely as possible. > Medication- If s/he is taking any medication I will need you to bring either the bottle with the scrip label, or a note from your vet authorizing dispensation and dosage. This includes OTC's such as Benadryl, etc. but does not apply to any supplements. > Vax: I will need a copy of her/his current vaccination records, including bordatello (kennel cough). If no bordatello s/he may be restricted from interacting with other dogs. Titers may suffice in some cases. If you do not have records, your vet should fax them to me as soon as possible: 202.280.1315. > Emergency contact number- your cell or the number of a close friend or family member. > Please make sure that your dog is relatively clean at arrival; if s/he is shedding unduly or noticeably odorous, a grooming fee may be applied. Additionally, due to the great amount of time the dogs spend playing with one another while here, I cannot guarantee that your dog will be squeaky clean at pick-up, and may be in need of another bath. We will not allow your dog to go home filthy dirty, but we also only bathe dogs if absolutely necessary (I am not a groomer and do not have adequate facilities for bathing dogs on a regular basis). If you wish to bring one or two of her/his favorite toys that's fine but I cannot guarantee they will be returned in one piece. I have treats, toys, bedding/blankets, etc. > > Directions: > Take GW Parkway South thru Old Town Alexandria, to Mt Vernon. At Mt.
