Dear Members of the Board, With great sadness, I regret to inform you of the passing of Rick's mother. As you may know, Rick's mom was diagnosed earlier this year of Stage 4 cancer and he has been traveling back and forth to Los Angeles during the last few weeks to be with her and his family. She passed away on Friday as Rick was flying to L.A. see her. I obtained Rick's permission to contact each of you...as you well know that he never calls attention to himself. Any note or message that you choose to send to him I'm sure would be greatly appreciated. On behalf of our Senior Team, we thank you for your steadfast commitment to WFP USA and to supporting our devoted leader. We are just as committed to keeping WFP USA moving forward as Rick mourns the loss of his mother and tends to important family business. I will forward information on a memorial service, etc. when available. Please let me know if you have any questions.
