1) The client you referred is Imprimis Pharmaceutical. They talked to Heather and Lisa Barclay (former FDA Chief of Staff) at the beginning of December and are still deciding whether to engage Boies. Dennis thinks it is likely - they were impressed by Lisa - but Imprimis’ CEO is tied up with other things right now. Heather said she was going to pitch an initial three month engagement for a flat fee of $40K.

2) Ramji has said he wants to talk to Lisa when she got on board and hear how Boies can be helpful but I have put off scheduling the call for now as I want to time it right given all the other Counsyl/RSTP stuff.

3) Just a data point if you didn’t see this - but David Boies is representing Sony in the North Korea hacking case.
