>> Board members/officers Hunter Biden, Hallie Biden, Frank Vavala and Fred Sears met in Executive Session following the Oct 30, 2018 board meeting.
The group unanimously approved ( with Hallie Biden abstaining) hiring Ron Olivere's LLC, Event Fundraising LLC , for $6667 month plus expenses for 12 months beginning November 1st.
The group also unanimously approved Josh Alcorn's agreement to sign on as an employee of the BBF ( as opposed to his current status as a consultant) and officially become an officer , the Chief Operations Officer , of the Foundation effective October 1st.
Finally, there was unanimous approval of a $5,000 year end bonus for CEO, Patty Dailey Lewis , in recognition of her outstanding effort and contribution to the success and growth of the Foundation in 2018.
