Success matters. We've thought deeply about the necessity to build strong relationships
with our scholars. Besides our relentless effort to find passionate and dedicated
teachers, we've launched a nationwide recruiting effort to find recent college graduates
to tutor and mentor our scholars. They will become our first class of Collegiate
Teaching Fellows.

Collegiate Teaching Fellows Program
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The Collegiate Teaching Fellows program is a tutoring and mentoring model that helps
provide an exceptional education for our scholars. Fellows will challenge Collegiate
Scholars with high expectations and give them academic support through daily small
group tutorials led by a Collegiate Fellow.

We have established the Collegiate Teaching Fellows program with a clear vision
that accomplished college graduates will embrace our mission in transforming a generation
of Baltimore's boys. That's why we are calling our program a year of service learning
in urban education. Just like the Peace Corp, City Year or the Jesuit Volunteer
Corp, this is a unique opportunity to make a difference.
