Prom is one week away!


Here are some important reminders:


RSVPs are mostly over but we will still take stragglers. Have your child register online (they should still have the link) and make sure they submit payment to the Dean of Students Office. If your child has registered but not paid, please have them do that asap!


Encourage your child to submit their seating preferences. To organize the seating arrangements in advance, we need to know from students which friends they would like to be seated with at the dinner.


Students have been asked to respond to a signup genius poll asking them to identify a group of 6 friends (or 3 couples) that they would like to sit with during the prom dinner. We will do our best to accommodate the seating of those six. They can also identify a second group of six that they would like to be paired with. This needs to be completed by Friday, May 19th in order to organize our tables before the prom.


Prom Dinner - dietary restrictions. If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, we would like to know ahead of time in order to accommodate them. This can be included on the table group sign up or it can also be e-mailed to sfsprom2017@gmail.com<mailto:sfsprom2017@gmail.com>. These requests must be made by Friday, May 19th.


Parent volunteers needed for Prom night and Prom prep. There's a lot to do on prom night and setting up before and we can't do it without some help. Please try and volunteer if you can! Prom Night Raffle. As a way to keep the after-party lively and fun, The Prom Committee is soliciting contributions for raffle prizes! Donations can be monetary or in-kind.
