Attached please find the opinion of outside legal Counsel, Michael Hochman, Esquire of Monzack Mersky on the issue regarding the awarding of a contract for the events manager is violative of the conflicts of interest policy. Please let me know if you have any questions or follow-up. I have only included the Executive Committee on this email, and have included Hallie even though I know she did not, and will not participate in any decision making with regard to this contract.
