In addition, I would still like to figure out a way to transition things in
an orderly way over the coming weeks. I think that is something that would
be beneficial for both of us. As just one example, I’ve been working with
Bill Morgan on finalizing your 2016 taxes and plan to finish that up.
Happy to stay on top of these things until we can figure out a way for you
to handle going forward.

One immediate thing to be aware of is that the quarterly rent for the HOS
space is due - I think Joan may have forwarded the invoice. (Was
technically due yesterday but there is a five day grace period.) Not sure
if you are around but if you want some help getting a check over to them
let me know.

in a Regus shared office in the Flour Mill down K Street past our old
office.

There is still some stuff of mine in the office - a few pieces of
furniture, my rug, some books and wall hangings - that I’d like to get
eventually but I don’t have a place for them right now and we might have
needed movers for some of it.

I would still like to figure out how we can assign the lease to a different
entity or sign something that absolves me from any liability. There are a
bunch of other logistical things to figure out as well but was mostly
focused on moving this week. We can figure that other stuff out next week.
