All amounts credited to Subscriber's Accounts remain an asset of USAA until (i) a distribution approved by the USAA Board of Directors in its sole discretion is distributed, or (ii) a di
stribution is made after termination of membership in accordance with the USAA Bylaws.
If the Board of Directors approves a distribution and you don't set a preference, you'll receive a check unless your distribution amount is less than $50.00. In that case, the funds will be applied to your auto and property insurance bill. If your auto and property insurance account has an outstanding debt, the funds will be applied to your auto and property insurance bill. If you choose to have the funds deposited electronically and there's a processing problem with your distribution, the funds will be applied to your auto and property insurance bill. We will continue to apply any future distributions to your auto and property insurance bill until you tell us to do otherwise.
