We have shipped your new Wells Fargo Debit Card ending in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-3677. This replaces your Debit Card ending in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-2851.

You're receiving this new card because you recently requested a replacement card.

Your new card will arrive in 5-7 calendar days in a white envelope with the Wells Fargo logo in the upper left hand corner and a Sioux Falls, SD return address.

For your protection, please activate your card right away when you receive it. Follow the instructions on the sticker attached to your card. Note: If you have an instant issue card, please destroy it once you activate your new card.

For your convenience, below is a list of merchants with whom you may have set up recurring payments in the past 12 months. Once you receive your new card, please remember to update your card information to continue your payments as scheduled. You can view your merchant list in your secure inbox for up to 60 days.

Note: This list may not include all of your recurring payments, such as highway toll accounts. Please review your account statements for any additional merchants you may need to notify.
