It is impossible to overstate the stakes of the next five months, R.Hunter. According to Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight, Democrats could be facing the worst Senate map in modern history - and if we give up even a single seat, Republicans could keep their Senate majority "indefinitely."

That is why I'm reaching out about my friend Sen. Joe Manchin, who The Washington Post has labeled one of the most vulnerable Democratic senators in the country this year.

Joe is a fighter. No matter the odds, no matter the opposition, Joe's been fighting for you since his first hour in office. From working to protect Medicare and defending Medicaid to pushing to overturn Citizens United, we need more people like Joe in the Senate.
