During last night's 4th District Debate, Leann proved to us once again why she is the clear choice and a leader that can beat Steve King. Leann has a clear connection to the district and will truly stand up and work hard for Iowans. She has the experience, the ideas, and the message that can transcend the political divisiveness and bring people back together and create communities with a vibrant workforce, healthy futures, and leave our next generation with the tools they need to grow.

On Leann's experience: "Every step of my career in Iowa has been done purposefully to improve and enhance the quality of life in our communities."

On the #MeToo movement: "There is a cultural shift moving in the right direction, but it’s not enough. We must enforce penalties to ensure that women and everyone are free of harassment in workplace. We also need to make the workplace equal with equal pay for equal work."

On quality of life: "We must get back to talking about people's lives and how to enhance our quality of life. We need a candidate with a vision and a candidate that has the experience improving the economy, growing jobs, protecting our health care and rural hospitals, and investing in education and our future workforce."

Steve King is vulnerable after 15 years and Leann Jacobsen is the candidate with proven experience of consensus building, rolling up her sleeves and doing the hard work, getting results, and enhancing quality of life for Iowans. Let's help get Leann back to work for the people! Can you chip in?
