I am pleased to share with you some updated information about this year’s
TruCon18

Truman’s annual conference, taking place here in Washington, DC, from​
Friday, June 1st ​through​ Sunday, June 3rd. We are proud to announce that
after considering the state of the broader national security and political
spaces, we have decided to pursue an all-female slate of speakers for
TruCon18. This event is the largest annual gathering of Truman members each
year and features a variety of programming, from high-level keynotes and
rising leaders at the local, state, and national level. As I am sure you
are aware, the board meeting has been scheduled to take place on *Friday,
June 1st at 4 pm ET* at the Marriott Metro Center Hotel, so many of you
will already be in DC.


While Friday, June 1st is the only day of the conference open to the
public, we encourage our board members to attend the full three-day
conference. This is a wonderful opportunity to get a first-hand look at the
programming you support and to meet the members who make up this wonderful
community.
