Dear Board of Directors,

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow for our Spring Board of Directors Meeting. As a reminder, everyone will meet at the White House Complex Southwest Screening Facility Visitor Entrance at 17th Street and State Place NW at 8:00 AM. Please allow approximately 25 minutes for security screening and you must bring your government-issued ID. Upon entrance into the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB), our Meeting with Nick Ayers will now take place in ROOM 430ABC at 8:30 AM.

USGLC staff will be at the first security screen point and inside the EEOB to help guide to our meeting room. Please refer to the attached map for your convenience upon arrival. As a reminder, prohibited items include: weapons; aerosol spray; selfie sticks; large bags or backpacks; outside food or beverages (specifically packaged goods); and any other items deemed prohibited by Secret Service.

Following our meeting at the EEOB, we will load busses for transport to Capitol Hill and back to the St. Regis for the remainder of the day. If you have any issues with arrival tomorrow morning, please contact Emily Benovitz (502) 558-0657 [cell].
