We are pleased to report that the Center for U.S. Global Leadership has successfully completed the 2017 Audit and the 2017 IRS Form 990. The audit once again went smoothly. Our auditors, Rogers & Company, issued a clean, unqualified opinion, and they identified no deficiencies related to finances or internal controls based on their testing and analysis.

The Finance Committee held a meeting with the independent auditors and Center staff on May 1, 2018 to review the audit and the Form 990. As part of our practice, and to comply with IRS recommendations, we are providing you with a copy of the Center's Form 990.

Assuming no significant concerns from the Board of Directors by COB on May 11, 2018, the staff will file Form 990 to the IRS by the deadline of May 15, 2018.
