Dear DC Inspiration Participants,

We have turned the meeting a more accessible, virtual gathering for
tomorrow, Saturday, June 9th INSTEAD of meeting in person at Lauren
Cafritz's house.

We will all be participating by either video or phone (info for joining is
below). AND we will have a full meeting of practicing, a breath circle,
sharing and planning!

It seems that many people would like to come but can't travel or are away,
and so we have decided, since it is such a busy weekend, to make the
meeting virtual, and hopefully this way more people can join.

The session will be from 2p-3:35p instead of 4p. We will practice and do a
breathing circle with prayers and sharing. Towards the end we will plan for
a public breathwork workshop in the Fall, and talk about the timing for an
8 week course in DC.

So, if you want to just attend the community practice and sharing, you can
join just from 2-3p. The leadership and planning committee will continue
from 3-3:35p.

Kappy, Lauren and I talked today and we are very excited about the
galvanizing energy in DC. Transforming the most influential capital city in
the world through a lot of conscious breathing and cultivating love seems
