I think the easiest and fastest way to get this done is to first come to an agreement on how we are handling the ownership of the individual entities owned by Skaneateles. I know you each have my suggested structure but I am happy to resend. Once we do that this last part related to the debts/expenses should be easy.

As I think I have mentioned in the past my goal is to maximize income potential for both of us and cause the least administrative headaches in getting to a final resolution. I think that is very doable.
