Attached you will find the BoD resolution on the appointment of two
directors to the board: the first one would be Karina - Nikolay's daughter
and the second one is the director from Cyprus, since we are required by
the Cyprus law to have a certain number of directors from Cyprus.
Could you kindly have it signed and forward to me a scanned copy?
In addition, please, send me the bank reference asap. I have kindly asked
you to provide it on a number of occasions already. Our legal department
requires it.
