We would be delighted to have you join American Well's Advisory Board. The Advisory Board meets on a regular basis (typically via phone) to discuss and provide guidance with respect to American Well's business and strategic initiatives and the teleheatlh marketplace generally.


Prior to joining the Advisory Board, each member is required to sign the attached Agreement and must be approved by our Board of Directors. Upon joining, each member receives an option to purchase 5,000 shares of American Well's common stock. We have a Board of Directors meeting coming up on June 12. We will submit your name for approval at that time if you would like to pursue this opportunity.
