are getting lunch with him on the 10th.

Joe,

Hope you're doing well. Wanted to send you a summary document on the
NEC Coalition we discussed forming sometime back. We're aiming at
recruiting seed members for the effort in the next few weeks and I
wanted to run the more formal idea by you to ensure this is something
Amtrak would support (from a policy perspective).
